METHOD AND DEVICE TO HOLDING AND ADJUSTING OF WEB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a buckle surely hold a web and to easily adjust the web. SOLUTION: A single buckle made of plastic is provided with an elastic projection 40 integrated with a first horizontal bar member 20 and a second horizontal bar member 30 and the elastic projection is energized toward the second horizontal bar member. When the elastic projection 40 is bent against energizing by a hand and the web W is passed through and set between the second horizontal bar member 30 as shown in the figure, the elastic projection 40 springs back and presses the web to the second horizontal bar member 30. The respective opposing surfaces of the elastic projection and the second horizontal bar member mutually form a complementary shape. When the elastic projection 40 is held in the hand and bent to a right side (direction F) in the figure against energizing, the web is easily adjusted with a small release angle.
