PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform rational accident recovery by storing knowledge for changing the recovery review sequence already defined in a knowledge base and providing recovery review sequence processing means for revising the knowledge on the recovery review sequence in the knowledge base. SOLUTION: An electronic computer 3 comprises a facility database 33 for storing data concerning the facility of a power system 1, a knowledge base 34 for storing the knowledge on accident recovery, a pre-recovery system data file 32 and a recovery procedure file 35 storing power system data on recovery system input from an input unit 2 during power system accident occurrence and also input from the facility database 33 and knowledge base 34. In addition to the above, recovery review sequence processing means 37A is added, a diffusion review sequence is input through an input/output means 36, and the knowledge base 34 is changed from the recovery review sequence input. As a result, a rational accident recovery can be carried out, which is similar to the recovery procedure carried out by the operators. |
