PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of light receiving efficiency of a solar battery which is to be caused by bird's feces and dust in air when the solar battery is installed outdoors. SOLUTION: In this device, a box-shaped light receiving member 8 formed of transparent resin or glass is arranged so as to cover the whole body of a light receiving part 3a of a solar battery 3. In this case, it is desirable that side surfaces except a side surface of the north side of the light receiving member 8 are formed so as to have polygonal planes having prism parts Pa, Pb or circular bottom surfaces. It is desirable that a mirror type reflecting surface is formed on the inner side of the side surface of the north side of the light receiving member 8. It is also desirable that the respective prism angles of the prism parts Pa, Pb are proper for the incident angle of solar light. |
