<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate and reliable positioning in short time by outputting a positioning program execution end signal and obtaining a reference contact position based on the inference results of end period of a contact detection operation using stored contact position coordinate data. SOLUTION: First a positioning operation control part 41 is operated by a positioning operation start command from an NC device 33, a work to be machined W approaches a wire electrode 6, and a first contact signal is transmitted from the positioning operation control part 41 to a calculation unit 50. Also, when the calculation unit 50 receives the signal, based on the contact signal, it reads coordinates at the contact position from the NC device 33. Then the coordinate values taken in successively are classified into effective coordinate data and ineffective coordinate data and stored. When the data reaches a specified effective coordinate data rate by fuzzy inference, the average of the effective coordinate data stored so far, and the coordinate of a reference contact position as a target is obtained.</p> |
