FIELD: agricultural engineering; grain harvester thresher. SUBSTANCE: working peripheral surface of beater blades is made in form of two convex mated cylindrical surfaces of different curvature generating lines parallel to axis of beater rotation and pointed with concavities in opposite sides. Concavity of cylindrical surface farthest from axis of rotation of beater is pointed to side opposite to direction of blade travel and its curvature is larger. Working surface of each rib is made linear, with axis of symmetry along rib, and rib is installed tangentially. Grain thrown by beater blade onto separator becomes under layer of stalk mass thrown by the same blade. EFFECT: improved separation of grain at front part of separator, reduced damage to grain and crushing of stalks. 1 cl, 4 dwg |
