PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power and to hold the life in a battery to be long by generating a start signal starting circuits in a responder body based on a generated burst signal. SOLUTION: A start signal generation part 12 generates the start signal starting the respective circuits (supplying power) in the body of a responder 2 based on the burst signal generated from an SAW fixed code matched filter part 11 and gives it to a power control part 4. Namely, a PN code generation part 13 generates a PN code to which the target responder applies, a composite modulation part 14 executes BPSK modulation and a micro wave is generated toward the responder 2 when communication with the specified responder 2 is desired in an interrogator 1. The pertinent responder 2 receives the BPSK modulation wave and generates the burst signal in the SAW fixed code matched filter part 11. Then, the burst signal is generated based on the start signal and the communication operation of the responder 2 is started. |
