PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily edit and composite image data previously prepared by a user by preparing a new image by composting image data held in an attachable and detachable storage medium with the image data of original which can be copied. SOLUTION: By executing a control program, based on a control signal 7a from a control part 7, a microcomputer composites the original image data, which are read by a scanner 10 and stored in a temporary image data storage part 4, for example, with image data read from the storage medium by a storage medium reading part 2 and prepares the new image. Besides, magnifying processing is performed to the image data read from the storage medium. The image data edited and worked like this are displayed on a display device 3. Based on a control signal 7e from the control part 7, a printing control part 6 extracts the composite image data from the temporary image data storage part 4, sends these data to a printer as printing data 6a and prints them. |
