FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves using band cover containing moisture and air-permeable solar radiation resistant material, chemical substances and microorganisms; laying netted material onto band and throwing soil substrate; sowing seed material; imparting ridge shape to band and putting it onto ground; effectuating agronomical operations, such as irrigation, fertilizer application, heating and discharge of excessive moisture by means of respective systems. During harvesting, foliage is removed by netted material members. Tubers are separated and transported to storages.
