The trailed rotisserie consists of a box (1), with hinged elements, which when hinged reveal in the rear part of the box, the primary roasting compartment (2). The half box lid (3) has a hinge (22), which is fitted to a panel of the roof, and is held in the open position by a safety stay (4). Ventilation grills (5) are provided in the sides and clasps (7) are provided to lock the lid in the closed position. In front of the rotisserie compartment, and to the left, is a second compartment, which is insulated from the roasting compartment by an insulating panel (14), and which contains a refrigerated chamber (9). This is accessible by means of a lockable door (10). The cooling system is placed in the third compartment (13), which is accessible by a lockable door (11), which is fitted with a ventilation grill (21). The fourth compartment (15) contains a hand basin and the gas bottles. It also has a lockable door (19) and a ventilator grill (20).
