The two phase heat transfer circuit with capillary pumping has evaporators with internal capillary pumps and a condenser. A reservoir is connected by a conduit to the condensate conduit. Each evaporator (1,2) is fitted with a thermoelectric micro-refrigerator (8,9) coupled by hot welding to a zone that brings heat to the evaporator. A supplementary thermal tube (10,11) is introduced into the supply conduit of the capillary pump (12,13) and comes into contact on its free part with the cold welded assembly of the thermoelectric micro-refrigerator. Each evaporator may also have a supplementary capillary structure.
