The interferometer includes a monochromatic light source (21), e.g. a He-Ne laser, coupled to a beam widening system (22) and a beam splitter (25). The two beams generated are reflected by mirrors (20-32) after one of them crosses a cube (27) compensating parasitic effects. A second prism (26) combines the two beams while an objective generates the light source image on a screen (36). The screen is observed through an eyepiece (37). |
