The safety system consists of a harness (6) which is worn by the child, attached by a ring (8) on the back to an adjustable line (4) with an elastic section (5). The line can be reeled in and out automatically, and its reel housing (1) has a handle and a wrist strap (4). The system is constituted by a regulatable harness (9) with quick attachment (10).
