The implant consists of a body (1) with a series of inner mobile components - a cylindrical shock absorber (3), and a hemisphere (4) with its flat face against the shock absorber and a rod (5) to which a tooth prosthesis (6) is attached projecting from its convex side. The hemisphere interacts with the concave surface of a ring (2), forming a joint which allows for a certain amount of axial and rotary movement. The ring has a conical inner surface which receives a seal (8). The implant body and ring can be made, for example, from biocompatible materials such as pure titanium, titanium alloy, ceramic or carbon; the hemisphere and rod can also be of titanium, and the seal of a biocompatible polymer.
