PREPARATION PROCESS FOR POLYESTER FILM

The polyethylene terephthalate chip with the specific viscosity of 0.64 is melt extruded in the heat of 290 degree C to a amorphous sheet on the cooling roll. This pre-extension sheet(F) is transported through the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd guide roll to be injected into the hot air heater(A). In the hot air heater, the hot air is blown to the sheet through the opening(c) of the hot air nozzle. After pre-heating is over, it is transported through the 4th and 5th roll to the 6th roll where the extension is completed. The extended roll is cooled off at the 7th and 8th roll to be outputted to the final extension sheet(F').
