DIAGNOSIS OF CORONARY ARTERY SPASM-ASSOCIATED DISEASES

摘要

A method for screening genes of diseases associated with coronary twitching which comprises judging the occurrence of the substitution of a specific nucleotide in an endothelial nitrogen monoxide synthase (eNOS) gene. This method facilitates diagnosis of diseases associated with coronary twitching, such as coronary twitching angina pectoris, which cannot be conveniently screened by the existing methods.
