The bonding agent (3) such as adhesive is filled in required amounts into easily breakable containers (2) of cushion or tablet-like form. The surface (5) of one side of the container has an adhesive film (4) so that it can be stuck onto the required place. When fixing the structural element e.g. tile, the cushion is broken and the bonding agent emerges and can then set. The pads of bonding agent can be stuck onto the structural elements in the workshop. The cushions can be filled with components of a twin-component adhesive.
