The nonstop variable speed transmission is provided with an input shaft(1) passing through a torque converter(10) which is directly connected to a ring gear(8-r), a pump shaft(2) is coated-coupled on a pinion(12-p) of a planetary gear train(12), thereby functioning as a carrier, and a turbine shaft(3) is coupled to a stator gear(12-s) and is connected to an intermediate shaft(5). The intermediate shaft(5) is coupled to an external gear(13-a) of an external gear train(13) and is coupled to an external gear(13-b) on the one end thereof.
