The coupling operating system to connect and detach a coupling input shaft with, for instance, a coupling output shaft, has a disk spring (8) that operates via a pressure plate (12) on a coupling disc. The disk spring has means of a positioning system, connected to it, to carry out engaging or disengaging motion. A ring collar (16), with a stop face (17) for the disk spring, is built on the radial inward edge of the pressure plate.
