<p>The scale and functions of a broadcasting system are easily changed. AV data input/output control circuits are connected to a synchronization/asynchronization converting circuit through a data, and to a recording/reproduction control circuit and a storage device through a control bus. The AV data input/output control circuits (101-10n) receive and output audio/video data at an ordinary data rate and the AV data input/output control circuit (50) receives and outputs audio/video data at a data rate higher than the ordinary data rate. A data recording/reproducing device transmits and receives audio/video data through the data bus asynchronously or synchronously with a reference synchronising signal (S28), etc. Audio/video data inputted from the outside are recorded in a storage device, and the audio/video data recorded in the storage device are reproduced and sent to the outside.</p> |
