<p>The invention relates to a chemical spray for combating moss, particularly moss growing in lawns, where one has aimed at providing an efficient moss-killing agent not damaging the lawn grass and suitable to be applied thereon by means of an appropriate garden sprayer. To this end, the spray contains ethylene glycol, preferably in an aqueous solution. The degree of dilution may be from 5 to 20 % ethylene glycol and from 95 to 80 % water. Thus, the method for combating moss in lawn consists in spraying the lawn with an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol.</p> |
