The two pivot-interconnected adjusting elements (22,5) have at least one locking element which locks a relative rotational movement of the two elements over a predetermined adjustment range. A connecting element acts as the locking element and is connected to one adjusting element by a pivot (35), and connected to the other element by a sliding link (7). The two stops of the sliding link determine the possible relative angular positions of the pivot-interconnected adjustment elements.
