Shear resistance measuring device for parquet floor

The device measures the shear resistance between a parquet floor and the underlying floor surface using a pair of pressure elements (14,15) lying in a plane and moved apart by a lever mechanism, operated via an operating knob (16) acting on a threaded spindle. The pressure elements act on a pair of measuring parquet blocks (33,34) adhered to the floor surface, with a measuring device using a pressure capsule (29) and a pressure plate (28) inserted between one of the pressure elements and the parquet block.
