The invention relates to materials used in corrosive high-temperature environments and to nuclear power engineering. In the first variant, the alloy contains the following components (proportions in wt.%): chromium 38.0-44; molybdenum and tungsten 1-3; cerium 0.01-0.2; magnesium 0.005-0.05; nickel - the rest. In the second variant the alloy contains, in addition to the components already listed, titanium (0.1-1.5 wt.%) and aluminium (0.1-0.9 wt.%).
