<p>An ocular depressor containing as the active ingredient 4,8-inter-m-phenylene PGI2 derivatives typified by compounds represented by general formula (I), in particular, formula (II), or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. The drug is useful as a remedy for a number of states with high ocular tension such as glaucoma, ocular hypertension and postoperative high ocular tension.</p> |
