The needle punch thick non-woven fabric made of polyester single fiber is prepared. Having this non-woven fabric as the 1st textile, another thick needle punch textile made of the general polyester single fiber thread and the low melting point single fiber thread is manufactured as the 2nd textile. The mixing ratio of these two fabrics is 30:70 or 70:30, and for improving thermo agglutination efficiency, additives of the hot melt adhesives are included in the 2nd textile. The 1st textile and the 2nd textile are arranged upward and downward parts, then needle punched and thermo-pressed to give an objective non woven fabric for a vehicle trunk mat. |
