摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To execute a stable scanning by deriving a value for showing the parallel degree of a scanning plane and the surface of a model, and compensating a tangential vector in accordance with this value. CONSTITUTION:Based on a displacement vector epsilon sent out of a scanning head 11, a tangential vector (t) send out of a tangential vector calculating part 5 is compensated. That is, when the difference of magnitude of each vector obtained by projecting the displacement vector epsilon to a shaft being vertical to a scanning plane and the scanning plane is positive, a value being proportional to the difference is added to a horizontal shaft component in the scanning plane of the tangential vector (t). Also, this controller is provided with a compensating means 7 for compensating the tangential vector (t) by adding a value being proportional to the difference and the deviation of magnitude of each vector to a vertical shaft component in the scanning plane of the tangential vector (t). In such a manner, the stable scanning can always be executed.</p>
