<p>PURPOSE:To enlarge the automatic frequency regulation range to the maximum rated output of plant, by automatically correcting the upper and lower limits of an automatic frequency regulation load command signal based on a signal for specifying a reference load. CONSTITUTION:Function generators 101, 102 produce signals for automatically correcting the upper limit of an automatic frequency regulation load command signal AFC based on a reference load signal DPC such that AFC operation can be performed even it the DPC signal has the maximum rated value of plant. A low level selector 103 selects the low level output from the function generators 101, 102 and the AFC signal. An AFC upper limit allowance signal is converted through o signal inverter 104 into an AFC lower limit allowance signal. A high level selecting circuit 105 selects the high levels of the AFC lower limit allowance signal and the output from the low level selection circuit 103. The DPC signal and the output from the high level selector 105 are added to produce a power generation demand signal.</p> |
