The broadband TEM(Transverse Electromagnetic) cell and an automatic measuring BTEM cell having a coaxial connector joint region 3 which connects a different coaxial connector structure to a TEM cell structure to maintain an impedance matching, a taper region 2 which connects the space on which a tested object is placed to the coaxial connector joint and installs a power transmitter for rotating an internal conductor therein, a tested object region 1 on which the tested object is placed, and a rotary table region 4 for embodying the direction change for the rotation of the tested object, is characterized in that the internal conductor 10 is placed on a non-conductive plate 39 in a row after being plated with gold 38, and an electromagnetic wave absorbing ferrite 40 is attached to external conductors 7, 8 and 9.
