CYLINDRICAL CLAD TUBE MANUFACTURING METHOD

A solid type jig(2) is placed on the work table. After setting the metal tube(4) keeping specific distance from the jig, the gap between the metals tube(4) is filled with the low melting point fuse metal(7). An alloy with the component of pb, sn, bi and cd is used as a fuse metal. After the fuse metal is solidified, a lining tube(5) is inserted into the metal tube. Then the explosive(6) in the lining tube(5) is detonated, and by its impact the metal tube and the lining tube sticks together.
