FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, vacuum thermal treatment of small-sized components of magnetic cores of high-chromium soft-magnet steels, applicable in instrument engineering, electronics, electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: high-temperature annealing in a vacuum of 10mm Hg of mechanically worked components at a temperature of 960 to 980 C for 2.5 to 3.5 hours at a regulated rate of heating and cooling, as well as stabilizing vacuum tempering of polished component at simultaneous ion-plasma spraying of titanium nitride at a temperature within 350 to 530 C. EFFECT: reduced labour content, enhanced service life of components, improved adaptability to manufacture. |
