CARD SLIVER PRODUCTION METHOD

FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves periodically exposing fibrous mixture to soft aerodynamic double cleaning process upon each disintegration process; effectuating layer-by-layer double mixing along width of main working devices. Besides, preliminary intensive mixing is provided by successive dosing of wastes or other mixture during processing treatment of mixture in alternating sequence (treatment- mixing). EFFECT: improved quality of card sliver by reduced irregularity and contamination, decreased occurrence of short filaments and increased strength of card sliver.
