PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the return of moisture to a room due to icing-preventing operation during dry operation, thereby maintaining and improving comfortability. SOLUTION: When a temperature of an indoor heat exchanger is lowered down, during dry operation, to a level of a temperature at which icing- preventing operation is started, the operation of both of a compressor and an outdoor blower is stopped. On the other hand, whether a temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than a level of a temperature at which icing-preventing operation is started is detected. If it is lower than the level thereof, an indoor blower is continuously operated until the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger becomes higher than the level of the temperature at which icing-preventing operation is started, and then, moisture in a room is detected. When the moisture is, for example, 60% or lower, the indoor blower is intermittently operated in the manner of ON operation for one minute and OFF operation for one minute, and when the moisture is 60% or higher, the indoor blower is operated in the manner of ON operation for one minute and OFF operation for three minutes. Thus, the return of moisture to the room can be controlled, and comfortability can be maintained and improved. |
