FIELD: microwave devices. SUBSTANCE: device has grounded base, terminals which are connected to it, strip conductor, which rotates around its axis, and dielectric insertions which are located on both sides of strip conductor. Insertions are rigidly mounted on strip conductor and provide symmetrical strip line together with conductor and grounded base. EFFECT: increased electric strength, increased frequency range, unlimited phase shift which depends on length of dielectric insertions. |
