PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain data for succeeding product development by storing a past operation history or the like to a log file so as to facilitate the maintenance for fault processing or the like. SOLUTION: When a mixing personnel operates switches of an operation section 1, a control section 2 detects its operating state and replaces the state with a parameter of a processing circuit of a corresponding signal processing section 3. The processing above is conducted by a processor (ex, CPU 1). In this case, other processor (ex, CPU 3) monitors the processing state and sends the switch operation and the processing procedure of the processor being predetermined contents to an external computer 5 via a communication means 4 together with time information. When data from the control section are received, the external computer 5 conducts required classification and analysis processing and writes required data in time series to a log file 6. When the control section 2 of the mixing device is faulty, the computer 5 analyzes data in the log file while tracing back the time series from the point of time of fault occurrence. |
