<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of looseness in a screw member for fixing a pulley to a drive shaft, even in case that negative torque acts in the drive shaft, at minimum displacement operation time. SOLUTION: In a condition that a pulley 20 for operation connecting to an external drive source is fitted to a tip end of a drive shaft 16, a bolt 56 as a screw member is screwed to a screw hole 55 in the tip end of the drive shaft 16, the pulley 20 is fixed to the drive shaft 16. An elastic material 57 is interposed between a screw part 56a of the bolt 56 and the screw hole 55, looseness of the bolt 56 is locked by elastic deformation of this elastic material 57.</p> |
