PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally weld the core material sheets of composite plates, each of which is produced by laminating metal sheets as surfacing material on both the sides of the core material sheet consisting of resin mainly made of low density polyethylene and, at the same time, a trouble such as the cracking failure at a weld is solved. SOLUTION: A welded composite plate is produced by welding together the edge parts of composite plates 1 and 1, each of which is prepared by laminating metal sheets 11 and 11 as surfacing material on both the sides of a core material 10 consisting of resin mainly made of low density polyethylene. At the same time, at a welding 2, the core material sheets 10 and 10 are welded together with welding high density polyethylene-based resin, the melting point of which is higher than that of the resin consisting of the core material sheet 10. |
