PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve movement of a segment so as to enhance a seal effect, relating to an active clearance control device having the seal segment provided between a turbine rotational part and stationary part. SOLUTION: A seal segment 1 is provided to be divided in the periphery of a rotary shaft of a turbine, the seal segment 1 is divided into a plurality of parts (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), and the upper/lower segments (2), (5), perpendicularly cutting each both end of the segment, are easily moved in a vertical direction. Operation of the other segments (1), (3), (4), (6) is not expected, only the segments (2), (5) are moved. A cut angle is set to a±10 deg. range, an arc length of the segments (2), (5) is formed longer than that of the other segments. The upper/lower segments (2), (5) are surely operated, a clearance between a rotational part and a stationary part is increased, at starting/rotation rising time, and decreased, at stable operation time, so as to improve a seal effect. |
