FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed seat has flexible backrest following the line of contact of driver's spinal column with backrest. Flexible backrest is made in form of multiple-link cylindrical chain. Each link consists of four paired guide strips (outer and inner) coming in contact through planes and arranged in parallel to each other. Bushings are fitted between one pair of paid guides (inner and outer), square to guides. Bracing pin fitted in central hole of bushing passes through all guide strips. One end of bracing pin is made spherical, Other end is provided with through hole to receive turning shaft whose axis is parallel with strips. One end of turning shaft arranged between bushing is provided with eccentrics (cams), and other end is provided with cylindrical joined for connection with end of nearest link of cylindrical chain. Each link pad secured on outer guide strips. Fastening belts furnished with lock are also connected to outer guide strips. Upper part of flexible backrest is furnished with head rest made, for instance, of polymer material. EFFECT: improved riding comfort. |
