FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: device is used for isolation of hole clearances in producing wells. Packer has barrel with stop, sealing member, upper pressing stop together with anchor members mounted on it, and locking cone. Also provided is power device in the form of cylinder with rod and connecting member. When installing packer in required place, pressure is created in power cylinder through tool string, cylinder body extends, acts on cone and accordingly on anchor arms and expands them. Seating of packer is controlled according to weight indicator readings. Then, without reduction of pressure, string is tensioned in accordance with readings of tension indicator. At creation of tension, lower stop displaces and sealing member is compressed with corresponding hermetic sealing of space. In all cases locking cone occupies new position and is fixed in bore-hole. Dismantling of packer is effected by means of connecting member located on locking cone and in addition provided with shear pin for extreme moment of tensile load. For dismantling, tool with grip is lowered beyond locking cone and at its reverse movement at reaching required moment, pin is sheared. At further movement, anchor unit is released, then locking cone acting by anchor unit arms releases sealing member, and packer is thus removed. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
