PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it compatible to manufacture easily at low cost and to operate a pump at a large flow rate of a working fluid in a heat pipe. SOLUTION: There are provided a pipe main body 2 having a hollow part in an enclosed state, a porous metal body layer 3 which is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the pipe by coating and sintering a foam metal slurry and a working fluid L which is sealed in the pipe main body where a technique is employed for the porous metal body layer 3, thereby forming a skeleton, which covers a large number of pores, with a porous metal sintered body including a large number of inside fine pores smaller-sized than the pores. |
