PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molding having the structure that defoaming operation after a laminated resin layer is sprayed is eliminated or alleviated without a shrink at a gel coating layer and crack at the time of mold releasing and a method for manufacturing the molding. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced resin molding comprises a structure having a first laminated resin layer 2 mixed with relatively short fiber 2a as the next layer of a surface gel coating layer 1 and a curable resin layer mixed with fiber powder 3a as the next second laminated resin layer 3, wherein the layer 3 is formed in the state that the layer 2 is uncured by using a spraying-up method in the case of manufacturing the structure. |
