A circuit for generating a pseudo-vertical synchronizing signal including a horizontal synchronizing signal is disclosed. The circuit comprises a voltage dividing unit(11) for receiving a pseudo-vertical synchronizing signal to divide a voltage(VCC); and a horizontal synchronizing generator(12) for receiving the output signal from the voltage dividing unit(11) and the horizontal synchronizing signal to provide the pseudo-vertical synchronizing signal including the horizontal synchronizing signal.
