PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the same function as a facsimile equipment by connecting a portable terminal possessed by the user to a printer at hand even when the user does not have an exclusive facsimile equipment or the user visits to some place. SOLUTION: When the user selects a model name of a printer 2, a CPU sets a data conversion filter corresponding to the model name and sends a transmission enable signal via a communication circuit to a facsimile terminal 4. Upon the receipt of the facsimile signal, the portable telephone terminal 1 gives the facsimile signal to the data conversion filter to convert the data into signals of a data form processed by a printer 2. The telephone terminal 1 sends the signal after conversion and a print instruction to the printer 2. Upon the receipt of the print instruction and the signals to be printed out from the telephone terminal 1, the printer 2 makes print processing of the signals to be printed out. When the facsimile terminal 4 finishes the transmission of the facsimile signal, the terminal 4 sends a call interrupt signal to an electronic exchange 3. |
