PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the power generation efficiency of a solar cell panel by a method wherein the angle of the panel is changed. SOLUTION: The movable axis of a moving rest is installed southward and northward. Here, the right side of the diagram turns east and the left side of the diagram turns west. When the rest 2 is moved until the right side of the rest 2 reaches a horizontal fixed rest 3, the left side of a solar cell panel 1 is uplifted because one side of the panel 1 on the right side is mounted to the rest 2 and the other one side of the panel 1 is mounted to the rest 3 through a solar cell panel moving bar 4. In the same manner, the solar cell panel 1 at the left side is also uplifted on its left side. Thereby, light 8 to enter from the direction of the right side, in short, the east side, can be efficiently received by the panel 1. |
