<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image excellent in rubbing resistance with a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image capable of exhibiting releasability at low temp., having satisfactory anti-offsetting property, excellent in flowability as powder and not causing blocking phenomenon. SOLUTION: An electrostatic latent image is formed on a latent image retainer and developed with a developer on a developer carrier to form a toner image and this toner image is transferred to the top of a transfer body and fixed by heating. The toner particles of the developer contain modified PE wax obtd. by graft-polymerizing a styrene monomer and/or an unsatd. carboxylic acid monomer on an ethylene homopolymer or a copolymer of ethylene with 3-10Cα-olefin obtd. by polymn. in the presence of a metallocene catalyst. In the fixing process, a heating roll 4 obtd. by coating the surface of a roll core 5 with a metal oxide layer 6 is used.</p> |
