PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the setting of a destination and the acquisition of a route and to control the traveling of a vehicle based upon the acquired route. SOLUTION: Past traveling pattern data 125 consisting of a departure place, departure time (a day of the week + hour) and a purpose are previously stored, and at the time of starting current traveling, a destination is automatically analogized from a departure place detected by a current position detection part 13 and departure time obtained by a clock 114 and a traveling route up to the destination is acquired by route searching. In the case of starting from a home at 8:10 a.m. on Monday e.g. the data 125 are retrieved and a company having the highest frequency out of the company, a hospital and a bank stored as destinations departing from the home at about 8 a.m. on Monday in the past is analogized. When the analogized destination is correct, the traveling route from the home up to the destination is searched. Then traveling control corresponding to the searched traveling route and the current position of the vehicle is executed. |
