PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an enteric pharmaceutical preparation having an anti- adhesion layer, having acid resistance and excellent in anti-adhesion effects according to the solventless coating in a short time without requiring drying. SOLUTION: This enteric pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by spraying and coating a solid medicine with a fine powdery enteric coating agent while spraying a solventless liquid plasticizer or waxes thereon or spraying and coating the solid medicine with the fine powdery enteric coating agent while heating solventless and powdery or pelletlike waxes at a temperature above the melting point thereof and spraying the heated waxes thereon and then spraying and coating the outer layer thereof with a solventless anti-adhesion layer (an anti- adhesion agent for the coated pharmaceutical preparation) in an amount of 2-10wt.% based on the solid medicine. Tale, Carplex (R) (SiO2 ), magnesiun stearate. beeswax, paraffin, etc., are cited as the anti-adhesion layer. The average particle diameter of the fine powdery enteric coating agent is preferably <=10μm. The weight ratio of the plasticizer or waxes:enteric coating agent is about (2:8) to (8:2).
