PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always maintain normal user management by avoiding mismatching between a telephone number managed by a response server and the telephone number of a receiver by providing a check function for registered telephone numbers and a communication processing function, with which a report for calling the registration change procedure of telephone number is automatically transmitted to the receiver at the transmission source of response information, at the response server. SOLUTION: A communication control part 31 receives the result of comparison collation between the telephone number of call origination source obtd. by telephone number notice service and the telephone number obtd. by retrieving a user information data base 35 from a telephone number discrimination part 34 and when the information of the collated result showing the inequality of telephone numbers, according to the telephone number of call origination source obtd. by the telephone number notice service, notice data for calling the registration change procedure of telephone number are returned to a receiver 20 at the call origination source. |
