摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a texture mapping method capable of automatically selecting suitable texture data from plural pictures and obtaining a clear and real three-dimensional(3D) model. SOLUTION: Plural pictures having respectively different parallax values are obtained by photographing an existing object from plural directions and the 3D frame model of the object is prepared from the parallax values and the moving position of a point of view (S1). The 3D frame model is divided into triangles based upon featured points (S2). Then the texture data of plural pictures are divided into triangles (S3). The normal vector of each triangle obtained by dividing the 3D frame model is compared with a photographing optical axis vector and texture data having the approximately parallel state of both the vectors are selected (S6). Then the selected texture data are mapped (S7).
