PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a printing plate without deposition of a resin component which floats in a cleaning liquid to the plate surface by using a noncontact mechanism to separate a cleaning liquid from a rising liquid in one device. SOLUTION: This cleaning device for a photosensitive resin plate consists of a cleaning zone and a rinsing zone same as a conventional device, however, it is equipped with partitioning plates j and air nozzles k to prevent a liquid from passing. The partitioning plates j on the border between the cleaning zone and the rinsing zone are disposed not in contact with the plate surface in order to prevent scattering of a cleaning liquid or a rinsing liquid by air. Air is blown from the air nozzles k to the plate surface under 50mmAq-1000 mmAq static pressure of air to separate the liquids. Thus, the photosensitive resin plate passed through rotating cleaning brushes to remove a part not hardened is directly sent to the rinsing zone in a noncontact state. Therefore, the plate can be efficiently rinsed and can be cleaned without deposition of small chips of a photosensitive resin. |
